Kikuyu grass is very popular for use in numerous private, public and school locations all over the Central Coast. It is able to withstand activity from heavy foot and vehicle traffic that frequents the area both in and out of holiday seasons.

Around the home, Kikuyu does require some chemical treatment to control invasion into nearby adjoining garden beds. A garden edge will illuminate this small problem. Kikuyu will become dormant during the cooler months and consequently lose some of its colour. It does however, retain its colour, vitality and strong growth in the full sunlight of the warmer months.
